Once you complete registration you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain an .ics attachment to add the event to your calendar, and a link to join the event. If you did not receive a confirmation email please contact support at email@example.com
To join a live session, please ensure you are logged into the event site and click on the Sessions tab on the navigation bar and select Main Stage-LIVE!
How do I chat with other attendees?
Click on the 'Get Connected' tab on the navigation bar and use the attendee directory to 'Connect' via chat or 'Schedule a Meeting' with other attendees during the conference.
The video I am watching keeps dropping/poor quality?
We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser of choice. If your stream disconnects, try refreshing the page. If you are still having issues, please check your internet connection.
Where do the events take place?
The event is hosted in a virtual environment which allows you to view sessions and participate in sessions.
Why is my password not working?
The password is case sensitive. Please make sure you have caps lock on/off where necessary. Follow the steps for Reset Password. If you have done this and the password is still not working, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reset the password for you.
Can I view the Main Stage-LIVE! from my phone?
Yes, the live stream can be viewed from your phone through a browser.
How can I network at the event?
There are a variety of networking sessions taking place during the four day conference. Please go to the main agenda page and select the networking session that would like to attend. You can also click on the 'Get Connected' tab on the navigation bar and use the attendee directory to 'Connect' via chat or 'Schedule a Meeting'.
Will the live presentations be available after the event?
Visit the On-Demand tab on the navigation bar after the event for approved content from speakers.
