Here, we ask our panelists to discuss their own career paths, with a focus on challenges and how they were overcome (whether these are general, or related to Blackness), the types of programs, approaches or connections that can help ‘get a foot in the door’, and advice they can give to people starting out, or seeking to shift sectors.
